Walnut Meringue Cookies (شیرینی پفکی گردویی)

Walnut Meringue Cookies are light, crispy-on-the-outside, and soft-on-the-inside Persian sweets made with egg whites, sugar, and crushed walnuts. These naturally gluten-free cookies are a Nowruz favorite and pair perfectly with tea.

Egg Yolk - زرده تخم مرغ

Sugar - شکر

Crushed walnuts - گردوی خرد شده

Vanilla extract  - عصاره وانیل

Lemon juice or Vinegar - آب‌لیموی تازه یا سرکه 

May Contain ; milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts.
